We accept teams on a rolling basis in the weeks leading up to the tournament registration deadline. Once an age group is full, teams will be put on a waiting list.

We try to post brackets 3-4 weeks before the event. Coaches will be given a brief window to check their bracket before are made final. Bracket request at registration and after they are posted are not guaranteed.

Schedules will be published 2-3 weeks prior to the tournament.

Local teams (within 40 minutes of Kalamazoo) may play Friday night, unless special requests are made. All age groups will play on Saturday and Sunday.

There will not be any games played on Monday.

All teams outside of the 75 mile radius are required to use our travel service, Traveling Teams. They do a great job of placing teams at approved, local hotels that are close to the fields and provide the best rates for team blocks.
